Milwaukee HIDTA – Exploiting Drug Networks with Cellphone Records

by WNOA Webmaster | Apr 25, 2017 | 2017 Aug Conference

Drug dealers rely upon their cellular phones to communicate with sources of supply and customers to commit their crimes. The cellular devices and records from the providers are the weak link to get insight into the drug network being investigated. Understanding where to get the data and how to use it is a powerful tool to disrupt and dismantle drug dealing networks.
