The 2019 W.N.O.A. golf outing, hosted at the Ledgeview Golf Course, was again a tremendous success, with 105 active and retired law enforcement officers, participating in this event. The success of this year’s golf outing could not have been possible without your contributions and support. This year’s sponsors are the following:

➢ DIEDRICH INSURANCE AGENCY, Ripon, WI
➢ ASSOCIATED BANK, Green Bay, WI
➢ Ledgeview Golf Course, De Pere, WI

With their donations and assistance, we hosted the following events:
• the longest drive, hole #2, WINNER: Tanner Tanck
• the longest putt, hole #18, WINNER: Mitch Swanson
• closest to the pin, hole #7, WINNER: Mike Allard

Placards posted at the golf holes displayed your sponsorship. In addition, your contributions and support provided each participant with a W.N.O.A. golf hat and backpack. Additionally, your support assisted in purchasing several raffle prizes which were won during the golf outing.

Per WNOA fashion, Dirty Thirty-Blue Smoothies were handed out to the winning team “4 ZIPS” consisting of: Tony Gischia, Brian Noel, Josh Richter, and Nate Klapoetke scoring a 61; 11 under par. More impressive yet, is that Mr. Gischia had his FIRST HOLE in ONE on hole #16, being 141 yards out. If you were wondering if TONY bought the outing participants a drink at the end of the outing which is customary, the answer is NO…Boo Gischia.

Taking the prized position of last place was team “Marathon County SIU” consisting of: Ryan Weber, Mike Allard, Matt Anderson, and Kyle Mayo, scoring 81; 9 over par.

Team “Grip It & Rip It” won the coveted Pink Ball 50/50 raffle event, consisting of: Kevin Skatrud, Mark Thompson, Charles Cowan, Dwayne Shaw, and Ross Wenger.

Thank you for continued support with the W.N.O.A. annual golf outing.

Sincerely,
Lewy
